How to make an icon appear randomly

Hi,

Please help me with this problem. I try to make an icon which appear randomly on the game and when we click on it, the energy bar will decrease. I am wondering how can we do that in Unity

You can use the Random class for generating random numbers. You also could use OnMouseDown for the mouseclick. What is the main problem?
