Unity 2017 displacement for megascans objects
Hi there, so the megascans objects include a displacement map when exported or downloaded.
Can i actually use it for a game (not a cinematic) and is there a shader supporting it?
Greets :)

Do you want the vertices actually displaced or is it ok to fake it? In the standard surface shader there is a slot for "Height Map" which works with displacement map, but as I said it doesn't actually displace the vertices.
Here are some example shaders that use displacement and tessellation (which is often times needed for displacement): https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SL-SurfaceShaderTessellation.html
