What time zone is used in the dates on the Asset Store Publisher page data?

I'm looking at the "Sales" tab of my Asset Store publisher page, and, as of this writing, the last/current date it says is April 22, but where I live (the Philippines) it's currently April 23.

So what exact time zone is used in those data?
