Texturing Per Side
Is it possible to have a wall with one texture on one side and another texture on the other side?

It depends what the wall is made in. If it's 3D Max, say, then this is more of a Max question than a Unity one.
Unity does support multiple materials per object, if you import an object from a 3d package that is textured this way. This effect can also sometimes be achieved using different areas of the same texture.
If the wall you refer to is a Unity cube then I don't think so, no.
Yes, I made a cube with Unity and want 2 different textures on it.
One solution to this is to use two cubes with half the thickness, then have one for one side of the wall and one for the other. It's not very efficient, but if you're wanting to optimise polys then you'll want to use a 3D package to make the walls anyway.
