How to play one frame animation?

Sorry about my English. I want to play one frame in my animation to control the time of FixedUpdate. Ex: my FixedUpdate 30f/s. My animation 30f/s. I want one time in fixedupdate. It's play one frame in my animation. Please help me and thanks for your help.
