error CS2011: Unable to open response file: Temp/UnityTempFile-70da8494b176ff34cb3ee2c985636f07
BCE0011: An error occurred during the execution of the step 'Boo.Lang.Compiler.Steps.SaveAssembly': 'Could not find a part of the path "C:\Program Files (x86)....my files...".'.
What is causing these errors? I dont have a clue what started them...
These errors dont affect any of the other games, so that would mean its not a virus scanner issue, right?

Ive had the same problem with the island demo!! (not sure if it was the same error?) I just commented the lines out that caused the error!!
After commenting out it worked!!
Your project file must be some where else Transfer it into Unity Project folder, which was created at time you installed unity. It will work.
