skin mesh renderrer is larger than the model
I have created an animated model in 3ds max, the pivot is centered at 0,0,0. However when I drag it into unity, the pivot is far from the object and the skin mesh renderrer for it is far too large. I know the skin mesh renderrer has to be a bit larger than the model but for my model it is 10 times larger. Its far too huge.
Does anyone know how to fix this in 3DS max, I know there is a way to do it in Unity but I know it would be cleaner and simpler to fix the problem inside 3DS max.
Your help would be much appreciated.
