Why can't I use the Asset Store Manager?

Whenever I try to open the Publisher Account in Unity Asset Store Tools' Package Manager I get a huge overflow of GUI errors and it won't open. I have no idea why this is but it's really frustrating and problematic, as I cannot upload things to the asset store. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The included screenshot is what happens.
