Serious tearing issues with an Nvidia card
Hello,
Here is an issue I can't figure out and for what I need help :
I'm having big tearing issues when running my builds in fullscreen on my laptop. The framerate is good (60 fps), but the display is quite fucked up by what i would describe as a sync issue ...
I tried enabling or disabling vsync, it changes nothing. By the way, the builds are running perfectly well on other hardwares (even way weakest ones). The problem is that this PC is my workstation, and sometimes the one i have to use to showcase the game ... ^^
To be more precise, when I say tearing : it's not 1 "break" at a particular height as we can see sometimes, but multiple small ones at different heights, like if the screen were cut in non-synchronized pieces :(
Does anyone encountered similar issues and managed to fix it ?
My Unity version : 4.5.5f1
My computer specs :
OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
System Model GE70 2OC 2OD 2OE (MSI)
System Type x64-based PC
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz, 2401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical
Display NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M Driver version : 344.50
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8,00 GB
Any help would be much appreciated :)
Thanks a lot !
Is all the software up to date? if not update it, this might make a diffrence.
I have noticed this too, even with vsync. I thought it was just me. I would like some info too
By all the software you mean Unity and nvidia drivers (they are up to date), or more ?
