Unity won't run on my android

Hi everyone, I have a HTC evo 3d that i want to use to start making games on. I followed unity's guide for android setup, i installed android sdk and installed the 4.0.3(API 15) packages. I setup the build settings for android, in preferences i setup the root directory. I have the android USB debugging on as well. I go to build and run and it says no platform found, did i install Android 4.0 (API Level 14). Any idea what might be my problem?
