Drawing a line along all Contact Points?
Just a quickie. How does one edit a LineRenderer so that it touches all the points in an array produced by a finding all Contact Points of an object. For example, this should effectively create a ring when a sphere is moving through a flat plane.
Or am I taking the wrong approach to drawing the outline of the intersection of objects?
Don't know what approach you should take, but I doubt the contact points will be ordered such that you get a ring.
the internet knows how to arrange a random series of points into a convex polygon, but i sure don't. stackexchange's math section is probably the best place to get that particular bit of solution answered, if it's not on the web somewhere already.
