Export Scene Objects to Package
What is the best way to export a number of scene objects to a file so that they may be imported into another scene?

Either export the entire scene, or save the scene as a new scene, delete out what you don't need, and save then export that scene. Or export the scene, and uncheck everything you don't want to export.
Actually, mulit-selecting might work, I have not tried it. Hold ctrl and click the things you want exported, right click, see if you can export that.
What about importing the newly created scene into another scene? Is there a way to merge scenes while avoiding duplicate GameObjects?
I've stumbled upon the OpenSceneAdditive method, it works well. It would be great if Unity tracked GameObject versions to avoid duplicates, in a similar way to importing packages. I'm working on my own method that compares GameObject names and provides the option to delete duplicates. That seems to be the best approach.
