Which version of Unity are you using? In version 4.0 they introduced an option to create an Eclipse project from inside of Unity. Just open the Build Settings window, select Android as your build platform, select the "Create Eclipse project layout" option, and then click the "Export" button.
If you are using an older version of Unity, you can generate an Eclipse project from Unity using the Unity2Eclipse package from the AssetStore.
I don't have a "Create Eclipse project layout" option so far. Is this only available with an unity pro account?
No, you can export in free version. Go to "build settings", check "Google Android Project" and button "export" will appear. Works for me in unity 4.3.

I have unity version 4.2.2f1 "Create Eclipse project layout" doesn't exist maybe it was introduced in 4.0 but now in its place is "Google Android Project"
probably just a technical naming change to make it more accurate
The export seems to work very easily, great instructions. Is there a spot with great instructions for the import into Eclipse? When I tried, in Eclipse, to do File-Import-General-Existing Project into Workspace, it fails to recognize the files.
