Flash player slows down when unity player is installed

Hi, we have developed a learning material in flash environment, and it calls a unity 3d rendered view of building as a navigation strategy. while running the course, Flash player works just fine untill we reach the stage where we have unity object, and install the unity player. After Unity player is installed, the 3d component developed in unity works fine, bu t the problem starts when we exit the unity environment, and come back to Flash player environment. It (flash environment) dramatically slows down, and spoils the performance and response rate is very very bad. Can any one please suggest what could be the problem and way out.
