How to run unity web game without swf file?
I just build my game and tried to run the html file created by unity. All the three major browsers were not able to run it. I got error from these three browsers.
Is unity not for building games for browser?
Don't mistake me. How many users are using webplayer and flash? $$anonymous$$ajority of people already using webplayer? or is it developers only using webplayer? I am confused :(

SWF?! That's Flash. Nothing to do with Unity.
Unity webplayer games have a .unity3d
extension.
Yes. That is what i am asking. How will end users be installing unity web player for playing games. If we have option to export to swf, we can run it with html5.
You're really confused... .SWF files require the Adobe Flash player - it is not related to Unity or HT$$anonymous$$L5. .UNITY3D files require the Unity player. Users are prompted to install the webplayer from https://unity3d.com/webplayer
I downloaded and installed webplayer. But i am still getting "Sorry, Chrome can't run this app You are using a version of Chrome that does not currently support the Unity Web Player plugin needed to run this app. We recommend using another browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Opera. Alternatively, you can enable NPAPI plugins at chrome://flags/#enable-npapi (requires browser relaunch).
If you enabled the NPAPI flag and the plugin still does not work for you, try man"
No, the webplayer doesn't work on mobile browsers: you export to Android/iOS/WinPhone/BlackBerry as standalone apps.
And, if you're using Chrome, the error message you just quoted tells you exactly what to do...
