How to implement a simple top-down racing game in 3D environment?
I want to develop a 3D top-down racing game; vehicle in gameplay can transfer in xz-plane and rotate only around y-axis. now I don't how to implement real movement car physics in unity with Rigidbody and collider. Meanwhile, I tried wheel-collider but movement don't like in game play rule and car rotate in other axis or move in y axis.

Your best bet to start with is to look at the standard car in the unity standard assets package and adjust it for your cars. If you want something more realistic than that there are package on the unity asset store for £50 or so which are very good. You can adjust the prefabs to fit around your models and adjust numerous parameters to get the handling and speed of the car you want. I strongly advise against doing vehicle physics from scratch if you have no prior experience of doing it yourself before as it is very advanced programming.
