Put all Assets in Resources Folder ?
Hello , I've got problem with designing my project. What solution should i choose ?
1 . Put Asset and Prefab in Asset/Resources Folder and load it Runtime => which make my project flexible but bigger size apk (as i know)
2 . Put Asset and prefab in other folder and References asset in Inspector => smaller apk but inflexible, cause Missing References sometimes

Theoretically you should have in Resources folder only those prefabs that you want to load through Resources methods. If you reference a prefab/asset in inspector then you don't need to use Resources folder and you shouldn't have Missing References, if you're having that issue then you're probably doing something wrong in your code (like resetting the property that store the reference or using directly the referenced prefab instead of instancing it).
