Resources.bundle isn't added to xcode project
I added resources.bundle (which contains set of images) inside Plugins/IOS folder on my unity project, but after build&run xcode project I don't see anything from this bundle inside xcode project, on the other hand I see my .h file etc.
Any help appreciated

See http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Manual/PluginsForIOS.html. On iOS it's assumed that the source code is in the plugins folder, not the bundle. If you need a bundle, just add it to the XCode project in the usual way, and get Unity to update instead of replacing the XCode project.

The only way to add bundles to player is to keep bundles in Assets/WebPlayerTemplates and use XUPorter or similar post-build scripts to add them to the project.

I've answered this on stackoverflow here. However, to briefly reiterate..
You absolutely can access resources natively, with relative ease once you know how! Use StreamingAssets for iOS and the default method for android. Please read the stackoverflow answer for more details. :)
