The type or namespace name 'EventSystems' does not exist in the namespace 'UnityEngine'
I am developing for android using Unity 2019.3.6. I'm also using the Joystick Pack from the asset store for touch input. When I type the code below it gives me an error for the UnityEngine.EventSystems saying it doesn't exist in the namespace and errors for IPointerUp and IPointerDown handlers. using UnityEngine; using UnityEngine.EventSystems; public class FixedButton : MonoBehaviour, IPointerUpHandler, IPointerDownHandler { [HideInInspector] public bool Pressed; // Use this for initialization void Start() { } // Update is called once per frame void Update() { } public void OnPointerDown(PointerEventData eventData) { Pressed = true; } public void OnPointerUp(PointerEventData eventData) { Pressed = false; } }
