How can I fix the screen disturbance of android 4.1/4.2 ?

How can I fix the screen disturbance? I really glad if you can give me an advice or tip to solve this issue.

This case occurs in android 4.1 or 4.2 only and it works fine in other os. My Unity Ver. is 5.5.0f3.

I set camera and canvas as below.
