Standalone player in Windows default fullscreen is off center

Sometimes when I launch a Unity standalone build in fullscreen the render window appears offset from the side of the screen. It's like it's rendering to a tile that's been slid over and down. I can see the desktop behind it. I've tried a bunch of different settings in the player settings as well as in script to no avail. Can anyone help with this?
