.IMG files are not generally graphic "images" - they are raw data images - such as a binary dump of a filesystem. They are not designed to be opened outside of the program that uses them, and any attempt to do so is likely to be considered reverse-engineering and a breach of the terms of the software licence.

I see, so, ¿Can they be opened with the Unity framework? I'm not trying to do reverse-engineering or anything i just wanted to see the art but i think i'm gonna give up on that now, thanks.

They can be opened by the specific game to which they relate, because that's what defines the serialisation system used to store the binary resources within the file. But without reverse-engineering the game, you're not going to know what that system is. The .I$$anonymous$$G file might not even contain art assets - it could be anything.

Well, i know the have the images because of their na$$anonymous$$g but since i'm not interested in doing reverse-engineering i will leave it in peace, thanks for your answers.
