So I finished most of my game only few things left when I will finish it I want to publish it so where is a good place to publish my game and how to make it popular

What platform? What genre? What price strategy (free-to-play/fixed-cost/etc.)? How polished and 'big' is it?
Its a really big question you're asking, and one that can't be answered with such vague information.
It's a small game for pc it's a first person shooting game it will not be free it will be paid
u should make some youtube videos showing ur game so ppl gets excited.
There's loads of things you can do. Start a blog, start a website, litter youtube with interesting videos of your game, tweet about your game, try to get a journalist to cover it, maybe use local press etc. etc...
As far as publishing your game goes, FPS paid-PC games are a natural fit for S$$anonymous$$m. Of course you'll need to get past their greenlight process, and you'll have to add in their C++ API.
If you could post a video of your game we could give you better advice. I'm inclined to say that if you haven't really considered how to market/sell your game by this stage then it probably would have more luck as a Freemium/Ad-funded game, but then maybe not. If we could see it running we could estimate better.

Well, it would first help for you to know about the game portals that accept Unity games.
As for popularity, even if you want people to pay for your game, you're going to need some way for people to play at least part of your game for free (a demo, for instance). A game from an indie developer will almost never gain traction without good word-of-mouth, and that only happens if people can try it themselves.
