Setting camera to terrain generated billboards
Hi,
I'm developing a demo that uses dual viewport for stereovision. I set 2 cameras (one for each eye) and my problem is that terrain billboards, such as grass or far trees, rotate differently for each camera, completely breaking the stereo illusion.
The way I see it, there are 2 possible solutions:
1-Disabling billboards (disabling billboards for the grass and setting billboard distance far enough). The problem is that the effect is worse and the computation increases
2-Creating a third camera in the middle so that billboards rotate according to that one. My problem is that I don't know how. There is no way that I found to set the camera for automatically generated billboards, and I haven't found a way to set scripts to those billboards
Does anyone know how to implement option 2?
