High Scores Online (PHP,MySQL)

Hi I am doing a game to Facebook and I need to make a table of records like in the picture. Should that be the table was filled automatically depending on the size of the database. If what's on the picture difficult it can be some simple example which could be a starting point in this issue. PHP, MySQL, Facebook API, I've already studied. I only need to display data from a database in the unity of using the built-in GUI. Thanks in advance for the help) P.S. Excuse me for my English. I am from Russia.
