Bug: Release Notes link on the English What's New pages is not in English

Not sure if this is the right place to report, but the Release Notes link on the What's New pages doesn't lead to the same language.

Going to What's New for 5.3.4 (in English) there's a Unity 5.4 Release Notes link that goes to the Russian notes.

Similarly, for What's New for 5.3.3 there's a Unity 5.3 Release Notes that links to the Chinese translation.

The actual notes are on that same page. Probably, that link is supposed to be a named anchor to the Release Notes section.

I'm not if you dynamically select a language because I've only used the default link (without a locale in it) and the en version doesn't exist.

I'm using Chrome. My user agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.102 Safari/537.36

I'm running on Win8.1. My Windows display language is set to "English (Canada)". Not sure if any of that affects how your page loads.
