blender objects passing througt terrain

blender objects don't collide with terrain, why?

that's simple because they don't have collider

add them a simple collider box/sphere/capsule

BUT if you really really want to have complicated collider you need to add a mesh collider and that collider must be convex iirc

but don't say I didn't warn you that mesh collider takes much more processing than any other simple colliders

For more complex than box colliders, and less complex than mesh colliders, I usually add a collider and adjust them to the extruding limbs of the mesh.
