Android SDK problem

I have a problem with the android sdk. Once downloaded and installed I put it in the folder "Programs" in Unity if I exposed a. APK and I transfer it into my tablet there are no problems to test the game but if I click on "build and run" tells me that it was not found the SDK. I also tried to use Unity Remote does not work. How can I solve this problem?
