Local masterserver

Question

i guess masterserver is down, so i downloaded masterserver and setup to my computer, i built the project with Visual Studio 2010 and executed .exe file.When i try to connect to my local masterserver, it says "unhandled message from master server 77" and "unhandled message from master server 76".What i am doing wrong ?

Or anyone can tell me what should i do to run masterserver on my computer ?
