Animation causing weird rotations.

Hi all,

I am having a problem, which makes no sense what so ever to me. I'll try to be as clear as possible.

I have a Capsule, as a first person, and a Gun with a script that makes it follow the capsule.

All worked well up until recently, when I wasn't making any changes but now when I play the reload animation, the gun rotates itself 90 degrees to my right, and moving the mouse Up and Down, now rotates the gun horizontally on the Z axis, not vertically on the X.

Like I say, this only happens after I play the reload animation. I hope I have given enough info, I didn't actually change anything, it's just started being a pain in the arse.
