Any asset for painting Meshes?

I'm looking for an asset that can color my models. I found MeshPainter, but unfortunately it doesn't work with unity 4x.

You want to paint on models - as if with a brush - while in game? This is best approached by affecting the vertex colors on the mesh using some fairly simple scripting logic, then using a shader which considers vertex colors.

Did I misunderstand your question?

No. Not in game. In editor.

Please clarify - your intention is to address the model by drawing brush strokes with the mouse, or by selecting verts and changing their color that way? Are you even talking about vertex colors, or do you want to "paint" textures?

Iam talking about something like this:https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/15433

No clue about an existing alternative, sorry. But it looks like all they're doing is creating a mesh + texture + material with transparent shader, then allowing mouse/screen raycasts to write to the texture. Wouldn't be super difficult to implement this yourself, though it could become a big time sink if you want it to be terribly robust.
