Frames per second capped at 30 for iPhone?
I have ported my pretty basic app to iPhone and I have a script which checks the FPS. It always seems to be capped at 30 FPS. Is the iPhone capped at 30? Is there anyway to raise it to 60?

Change the kFPS value in the AppController.mm
file.
It uses more battery. Also, if your game can't maintain a constant 60fps, it may seem smoother to cap it at 30 ins$$anonymous$$d of having it fluctuate between 30 and 60. (The screen is always vsynced.)
