Neon light or LED light

Question

Hi everybody. I'm trying to create neon or LED light with glow effect in Unity5. But i don't know how to create this. i was using shader self-illumin with script Bloom but, this effect change all of in scene. But i need only one gamebject with this effect. Anybody created this, and can share it with me, or just help me with some tutorials or manual?. I'll greatfull any help.

Neat! I wanted to make an indicator LED on a player-held device and also tried using a self-illu$$anonymous$$ated material to no effect. $$anonymous$$any thanks for the package! (Btw, any idea if it will also work on mobile?)

i didnt try it on mobile device, only standalone.
