Unity 3d game development hotshot corrupted files
Hey guys I downloaded the the unity 3d game development hotshot and they sent me a link to download the support files from but it's not working everytime I download the files my pc tells me they are either corrupt or damaged. Anyone had that problem before?
I haven't read the book, but could you tell us what you are trying to download? Do you have a link? Is it anything hosted on Unitys website?
here's the link: http://www.packtpub.com/support/8267 I'm trying to download the support files(images, textures, models...) it's zipped but once I try to extract it my pc tells me that the file is either damaged or unknown. And I downloaded the thing 10x
Consider trying a different zip program (7-zip, WinRaR, WinZip etc) to check if another program is able to open the file. Otherwise contact packtpub or the author to get the file fixed, or provide instructions about how to go about.
I already tried using winrar but I think I'll try winzip just to make sure. Thanks
Yup the file is definetly corrupted both winrar & winzip failed to open it, do you have any tutorial for a action rpg/fps game something with enemies and AI in it?
