Raycast when swipe or touchphase move

Hi, please can someone explain how does should work. I have a game(something like pou or tom cat) in unity 4.6 and i want to make moved background when swipe and some interaction on my character when i touch them or move finger on them. And when i swipe i want go to another screen(another room) . Thanks in advence.
