How to setup master server on wed hosting service?

I am trying to setup a master server on my website that I host. I have configured the server to only detect my ip. I run the master server and it runs fine. Then i run the facilitator and it fails and spits out an error "Failed to start RakPeer!". I want to use the default lobby manager that unity provides and by default the lobby manager connects to unet servers for matchmking. How can i get this master server to work?
