How to rig an enemy?
Hi guys from Unity!
I'm a newbie here so please understand I still don't know a lot of things. I want to make something like a first person horror game. I want to make an enemy that is a zombie. Once I got the model and import it to Unity, how can I rig it and script it to make it walk towards the player and attack?
Thanks in advance!
Did you make this model your self? If so, go back to your editor, rig it and animate it there. If not, look for a different model, make your own, or look for someone to help you model.

Unity will import the rig, yes. But what you need to do is also animate it in your other program! :)
If you're using Unity 4+ then you'll find that Mechanim requires some scripting, but much less than previous versions of Unity. Please post back if you have already animated your character but are having problems finding them. Otherwise, checkout the latest version of Unity and the Mechanim Animation System.
