Make reflective material

How do i make materials reflective like water reflection (Unity Pro). yea, i have unity pro.

I want the material to reflect objects in real time. It can be distorted, like refractive water. What can i do to make it reflect? can i use water scripts to do that?

it would be great if my cars were reflective like GTA cars:

the car is reflecting the concrete road divider. how can i make something like this?
