GUI Text is small on some phones?

Hi everyone, Im currently working on a andriod game and in my menu there is a GUI Text. Now on my HTC one the GUI Text is much smaller than on my Galaxy S2. I know thats because of the resolution, but how can I make that the GUI Text looks on both the same?
