Official Unity Networking example?

I've been trying to learn networking for a while now, and everywhere I search people keep talking about this Official Networking example and how awesome it is. So far all I've found is its address: http://unity3d.com/support/resources/example-projects/networking-example

but it doesn't seem to be working. I know there are great other tutorials out there (like M2H), and I've already been through some of them, but for some reason I don't fully understand them.. So, maybe the official one will help?
