Will Restoring my computer restore my scene?

I was working on my scene and I decided to stop and turn off my computer. I saved and turned off my computer (I know I saved, and even so I have been working on this scene for over a month and I opened from a saved point). When I decided to work on it the next day, Unity started to compile all of my assets before loading up the editor so I knew something had gone wrong. Then when it opened everything in my scene disappeared (It was not a saving error). I know I could of solved this problem by making my scene a prefab in itself because all of my assets were still there. I was wondering if restoring my computer would solve this problem because the temp file got deleted as soon as I opened Unity and I am not willing to restart all of my work. I have windows 10 and Unity Pro.

I already read this answer, but I already opened Unity (that's how I found out that my scene was deleted). The temp file will not work for me because the temp file has been replaced after the scene was reopened.
