How to make Water Pro work in a Flash compilation?

I simulate ships at sea with Unity3D Pro. But the nicer Water Pro doesn't work as a Flash compilation because Flash doesn't support reflection and refraction. However, reflection at sea ... isn't very realistic either, the sea is seldom working as a mirror. So I use the Simple Water prefab. But what would look good is the Water Pro without the reflection and that can be done by setting the texture size to 1. (Setting it to 0 causes an error).

My question then is: Can I mix the Simple Water in such a way that it looks like the Water Pro but with no reflection in such a way that it can be compiled as a Flash SWF object?
