Analyze Frequency from Microphone Jack only

I am trying to analyze the frequency of the signal going into the microphone jack through GetSpectrumData.

However, it seems the built in microphone near the laptop's webcam is picking up ambient noise and interfering with the signal from the microphone jack.

When I call Microphone.devices, I only see one audio device on my computer.

Is there a way to separate the two?
