Machine Learning without using unity's ml agents
I would like to build a raw neural network without using unity's ml agents or without having to import unitys github project or use tensor flow. I want to know how it works, inside and out. I dont want to use a library with all the magic hidden....IMO, Completely takes away from the point of learning machine learning.. I just want a basic tutorial on it that implements it using unity. I searched youtube and couldn't really find anything. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

Depends on what you are aiming for... Are you aware that coding this from scratch requires some advanced knowledge of mathematics?
if you have the needed prerequisites perhaps check out the script of my last course of ML at university. The slides on Neural Networks can be found here.
If this is too much for you i'd suggest to use at least some functionality provided by existing NN software packages. Let me know what you think at what your current point of knowledge on this whole topic is.

Edit: Agreed on not starting with unity ml-agents. Especially since this is not designed for NNs but for Reinforcement Learning. Original version uses PPO, but a wrapper for OpenAi Gym exists, providing all neededaxcess there to use all possible Reinforcement Learning algorithms. But no NNs there.
