Streaming videos from web server in android

I have imported video prefab of vuforia and done the following

1) I put a sample ogv file in streaming assets folder and gave its name in the path variable.(Capture1)

2) Second time I gave the path of a web server http://demos.mindspacetech.com/videos/Bajaj/Videos/jamanlalbajaj.m4v .(Capture2) In both the cases I got the same message in debug.log

Could not initialize video player UnityEngine.Debug:Log(Object) VideoPlaybackBehaviour:Update() (at Assets/Vuforia Video Playback/Scripts/VideoPlaybackBehaviour.cs:177)
