PreferenceItem GUI callback does not use CustomPropertyDrawers.

Not sure if this is a bug,a lacking feature or what. Either way, it makes little sense to me why CustomPropertyDrawers aren't used in the preferences window GUI callback. I'm using Unity 2017.1.1f1. Just want to confirm if this is common among other users
