Unity3D failed to intialized graphics

DXdiag attached. Error log attached.

DirectX up to date. Nvidia drivers up to date (640M GT LE)

Forcing the shortcut into DX11 mode for the time being.

SOLUTION: Looks like Mumble was conflicting with Unity. Hope this helps someone. I merely disabled the overlay under Mumble's options.
