Similar system to animation events?
So I'd like to create a system that works based on events in time, but from directly within a class rather than relying on external animation events and such. Basically what I want is for my script to keep track of the current point along a timeline, then trigger developer-defined events as it passes over that timeline.
Is there anything built into C# or Unity that I can use, or do I need to build this system myself?
