use TCP instead UDP
Can i switch unity networking to tcp? or its only udp?

If you look at the networkView, it has a State Synch setting for reliable and unreliable. That's usually layman's for UPD/TPC.
I'm guessing that the RPC's are always Reliable (which-ever one that is,) and "StateSynch" means the auto-synch on Transforms.
