Does antialiasing work for iphone ?

I've set Anti Aliasing to '4x Multi Sampling ' in QualitySettings , But i do not see much improvement, graphics looks still 'jaggy' at times on the iphone.

PS. My device is iphone4.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
